How my journey began

Tanaaz Damani

I hold a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from University of Southern Maine and a post graduate in Addictions and Mental Health from Fanshawe College. I have worked for multiple organizations as an Instructor Therapist, Behaviour Consultant, and Senior therapist since 2019. I am currently working toward my Board Certified Behaviour Analyst credential.

I am experienced in working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis in Canada, Dubai and overseas in the field of childcare and education. I began working with children since 2014 which led me to pursue a career in the field of child and adolescent psychology. I have completed my PECS training and am a member of ONTABA since 2022.

I believe in creating a platform of holistic development for neurodiverse individuals coming from multicultural backgrounds by providing a safe and effective evidence based and fun therapeutic experience for clients, families and staff.
